At Prosum Roasters we simply want to provide you with an exceptional cup of coffee. In our roastery we hand craft each batch of coffee on a small roaster for maximum flavor. We work with farmers from around the world and build business relationships directly with them. Super friendly people! I had an amazing cortado while I was there, and this morning, I brewed my first cup(s) from the beans I bought. Delicious!

Holy shnikeys batman!!!!! I don't think there are words enough to describe my love for Prosum! Cindy is such a rockstar woman business owner and is crazy passionate about not only great coffee but supporting direct trade opportunities that truly benefit the people in the area where the coffee is from. This business is by far one of my favorite in all of ABQ!
If you live in Albuquerque, NM stop by Prosum for the best decaf roasted coffee beans around (best decaf I have ever had). If you live elsewhere they mail order. I live in Santa Fe, ordered coffee on Wed received it in Friday. I'm sure their reg coffee is great as well ☕️
