Recommendedbuilt new home and needed whole home system and ProStream took care of my needs. Technicians Eric and Vincent took the time to make my system fit what I wanted. They listened and implemented plan. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Mike and Jake, they also were very customer friendly!!! Thanks guys, just in time for football season!!!! SMILING!!!
I did a pretty big install on a previous home 5-6 years ago with multiple TVs, Sonos, and Control4. When we moved to Frisco we left almost everything behind, so I knew I'd need a lot. Caleb walked me through all that's changed over the last 5 years and what the options were. The eStream team is always accessible and eager to help! They always are available to us for a quick service question or need and get back to us extremely fast. When we need an update in equipment or just a have a glich in the system and need their help, they're available and get back to us right away. I'd highly recommend them!! We've been extremely happy with installations and follow up for two years now.

Caleb and the team @ eStream were extremely creative and professional in their plan to incorporate our existing equipment into our new system. They answered all our questions, worked closely with us to understand our options and any limitations we needed to acknowledge. After approvals, the installation was handled within two weeks and we're good to go! Overall, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them!
Our old system for whole house music and enhanced audio for TV watching has been dysfunctional for some time. I was confused trying to to understand my options at Best Buy. During a remodel, the cabinet guy recommended Caleb - having worked with him several times with great success. He was right. I didn't have to think about a thing. The package Caleb put together for me was exactly what I needed. We have been using it several weeks and are very happy with it.

Estream just completed a makeover of our media room in Dallas. We could not be more satisfied with the finished product. Caleb and his team were great to work with and very responsive to our questions/needs. Michael was the lead tech on our job and he and his team were exceptional. He did a really good job working with our whole family: he would deal with my wife and I on TV issues and then could pivot to deal with my son /daughter on gaming and streaming app questions. Overall, a great experience.
