Cody was very helpful and he did an excellent job finding the problem and repairing it, and he did it a very timely process. He also was a very polite guy. Out of three different people coming out he the first to actually take the cover off the unit. Because of him I would refer prostate to my family and friends
When calling to schedule an appointment we didn’t realize the company was based out of Wilson. The technician drove 45 minutes away to just to check out our problem. Dylan was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and quick. Dylan was straightforward about what we needed to get fixed and didn’t bamboozle us. It is hard to find reliable trustworthy people these days. He left a great first impression for the company and we are sticking with him for our future projects.
Caleb was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable and experienced concerning the installation of my new vented gas water heater. I really appreciate Prostar's efficient, very reasonably priced service local here to Wilson. They have certainly gained my trust and I will call them in the future when I need help. I highly recommend this company.
I called Prostar this morning for my parents and Cody was able to come shortly after and had their air conditioner up and running again. Very polite and professional. I highly recommend Prostar.
I contacted this business yesterday, which was the 16 of April, at approximately 12:30 for a plumbing problem. The male that I contacted scheduled me for the following day that the technician/plumber would be at my residence between one and 3 PM on the 17th, which was today, Thursday. I waited at home during the scheduled window (12-3PM) received no contact from the tech nor office. At 3:05. I left my home to run to the store.
