I came into Prospyr Jeweler with questions about my diamond’s serial number, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Not only did the team help me locate the number, but they also cleaned my ring and took the time to educate me about it. Saul, Jaiden, and Emma were incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful. I truly appreciate their kindness and expertise, highly recommend!

Came here to sell coins and a few jewelry items, set up an appointment online a day ahead. Daniel and Saul were AMAZING!! Very knowledgeable, quick, fair, and HONEST. We came in very organized which sped up the process, though again they were very quick. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
Great experience, we walked in without an appointment with a lot of family jewelry to have appraised and sell. The staff were awesome and welcoming. We went through the entire lot of jewelry and were provided with a proper and fair evaluation. We left with a check for the jewelry we sold, and it was much more than we anticipated. We will be back to see them for an evaluation on a coin collection.
