This was the best place I could have gone. The staff was so supportive and their techniques are so effective. I went from not being about to walk from a back injury to doing one leg squats in about two months. Go here. Your body deserves it.
Best place to train. I have been training with Coach PJ Nestler for almost three years and I love his workouts. It makes me really strong and in a great shape so I can perform well at the highest level on BJJ tournaments. If you are an athlete of any sport I really recommend you to try a class with him and you will understand what I am talking about. Not only an excellent professional but he really cares about his clients/athletes.
I have unfortunately experienced many regimens of P.T. I have to say that ProSport has the finest staff I have ever experienced. I know that I would not have had the treatment that I received from my Orthopedist without my physical therapist putting himself out on my behalf. The range of motion that I now enjoy is a result of that intervention and the excellent therapy that I subsequently received. I went 25 miles out of my way to stay with them. I had been a patient for chronic ankle injuries for years, and when I had spinal surgery in June of 2013, ProSport PT in Newport Beach was the only place I trusted to get me back to feeling like myself. Everyone is always friendly, knowledgable and they treat each patient like family :)
