Took a few 🏋️ classes there and it was great. Had pain in muscles I didn’t even know I had. If I didn’t leave this far I’d definitely be back. Even tho they work with a group classes, if you are injured or limited to specific movements the staff will modify your work outs.

Best place ever. Been going there since October for a fall I had at work. They have been sooooo sweet. They are very gentle and really care about you. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.
Best place to train. I have been training with Coach PJ Nestler for almost three years and I love his workouts. It makes me really strong and in a great shape so I can perform well at the highest level on BJJ tournaments. If you are an athlete of any sport I really recommend you to try a class with him and you will understand what I am talking about. Not only an excellent professional but he really cares about his clients/athletes.
VSP Irvine is one of, if not, the premier training facilities worldwide. The coaches are top notch! They only staff the best of the best. Their approach to fitness and their programming will make working out a hobby rather than feeling like its a chore.
