I paid them quite a bit a money and didn't see much of a return at all. They tried to take credit for a job the old company I worked for referred to me. They were nice enough people, but as soon as I canceled the service they stopped answering emails. There was alsoa mishap where a whole month went by with no blogs written. They wouldn't credit me for the month... I had to have WIX support help me remove their chat head and some other custom elements they had added to my site.
