Worst title company I've ever dealt with - and I've dealt with quite a few over the years. Lack of communication, escrow officer didn't even show up to the closing, some lady with no personality and quite rude having us sign papers, etc. Would not recommend this title company to anyone.
david weekly, scott felder, gehan, and others builders coorporate with this tittle company which is not mandatory and you can opt out to use different tittle company. most tittle company in texas charge almost the same. but this compant charge alot more and doesn't give a good service nor attitude towards buyers. we've spent thousand of dollars towards the tittle but they're not even good service nor welcoming or explain what we are signing of. they just want you to sign and get over with. seems like they just forced to do w... read more
The front desk clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional to not only me but also my clients who were buying their first home. They were so excited when they entered but left with negative feelings towards the entire transaction.
The Hostess who greets the agent and clients is scary dumb. Almost didn't let me enter. I've done a hundred closings here and she still amazes me in a negative way.
