Prosperity Title Company – Here's the situation: A- Your Contract comes in pieces from the builder- who is your bread and butter, so you, as an escrow associate, cannot complain. B- You deal with all of the associated parties to the contract including BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Companies, Sometimes SPECIAL Lenders- CONSIDERING OUR ECONOMICAL TIMES, Surveyors, Payoff Lenders, Courthouses, Appraisal Districts, Etc. Insist on a different Title Company – Incompetenant, rude, rushed, never had the same Escrow person twice. The realtors/builders get a kickback for referrals, but do yourself a favor and insist on a different Title Company.
The WORST Customer Service Experience Ever – Want to be completely ignored when requesting simple escrow documents? Want to be repeatedly told that the escrow company has no time for you because they are too busy with closings so your requests for a fully executed contract will be pushed off for three weeks?
