We had a very positive experience with Hunter Maloy and Prosperity Roofing and the subcontractors he enlisted to bring the whole job together. We had a insurance claim that he helped us navigate and a great intermediary between us and the adjuster. Everyone involved from wood repair, painting and gutter replacement and shingle replacement were working cohesively to get the job done in a timely manner.
I can't recommend Prosperity Roofing more highly. They always showed up when they said they would. When Hunter came to examine the roof, he had already pulled the satellite dimensions of the roof so he could give me an estimate on the spot. Their estimate was substantially lower than others, and when the insurance estimate came back higher, they upgraded the shingles to architectural from three tab. Hunter Maloy & Prosperity Roofing are the real deal. I had a leak that another roofing company claimed to have fixed but it continued leaking during heavy rains. Another told me it was a gutter issue, it wasn't. With a ladder, calk gun and some determination Hunter fixed the issue in 30 minutes. I know if I ever need roofing assistance there is only one company I am going to call.
We looked around Austin TX for three weeks before we ran into Prosperity Roofing and Exteriors. Our metal gutters and downspouts needed replacing, and the roofer was quickly able to repair the lost composition shingles on the roof. The price was great and the service as a whole was friendly and professional.
