Extremely rude customer service, never helpful with the task you need completed, and the wait time on phones is ridiculous.
Prospera (and Terrance) were absolutely amazing!! They helped us get a loan that ultimately saved our dog!!! They're wonderful to work with and quick! Thank you guys SO much!!
Says drive thru is open at 730 am and it is not. Waste of my time and gas
