Prospera Credit Union results from a 1934 grass roots effort of George Banta Publishing Company Employees of Menasha, WI. The goal was to provide financial support to each other through the formation of a financial cooperative called Banta Credit Union. It began by operating out of a converted proofreading booth in the Banta Company's facilities. At that time, Mike was at the Darboy branch, and was the one to help us set up an account while refinancing our current vehicle loan to Prospera. Being a senior citizen,,,I like I can get money orders through the drive-through when I get my check each month. All the ladies are so kind and cheery, Been with them awhile and truly am so satisfied.
The tellers are rude, and mobile check deposit is an absolute joke. Basically they make every transaction as hard as possible. The fees are ridiculous. Stay away.
