We highly recommend Dr. Fleck! Her professionalism, thoroughness, and expertise were exceptional. She clearly explained every step of the evaluation process, made us feel comfortable asking questions, and was always easy to talk with. We really cannot recommend her highly enough and are SO grateful our family found her. She made what could have very easily been an overwhelming experience feel informative and supportive.
I would give even more stars if that were possible. After an unfortunate first experience with neuropsych testing, we were referred to Dr. Jaclyn Fleck. I have to say that right from the first email, we were SO impressed. This experience has been fantastic. I don’t even know where to start , Dr fleck has been a blessing to my whole family, she is not only extremely professional but she is the most humane person I know on her field, she is super supportive and patient, she provides so much information and help during and after my family diagnosis, this extraordinary human being really cares , she loves her job and it shows . Highly recommended to any person specially kiddos . My review felt short, I couldn’t go on and on , she is simply the best .
