Prosper Jackson is a very nice and clean place to call home. Amanda is very sweet and kind,. She goes over and beyond for all her residents as well as prospects. Prosper Jackson also have a wonderful office staff and maintenance team.
THINK TWICE! DONT DO IT!! I have lived at these apartments for almost 2 years. My fiancé and our 2 kids.. when I say it has been the worst experience with an apartment complex i am not kidding. Cabinets under the sink falling apart and was told it wouldn’t get fixed till move out. If there is mold they don’t really care! Maintenance is always SLOW and they only do bandaid fixes to your problems. My a/c was always crapping out. 2022-Update Prosper is OUTSTANDING!!! They make the move in process easy as well as living. I rarely have issues and I do they always are fixed swiftly. Also, you don’t have to worry about the same issue over and over. Overall great apartments.

Excellent in every way! I am so pleased with The Columns. The apartments are in excellent condition and spacious. The staff is beyond incredible and willing to help in any way to ensure your experience is a satisfying one. It is gated, quiet, and in a great area. If I could give it more than five stars, I would!

Above Average Complex The Columns has it flaws like any other apartment complex but it the best in the area for the price. I have several old appliances and if they break down the staff does a great job in repairing them in a timely manner.
