They lied to my face. They did not repair what they stated was done. I get no recourse but yo hire an attorney bc what they are doing and did is criminal. Don't go here.
Absolutely the worst. Don't buy here and definitely don't fix your vehicle here because they lie and only care about selling. They have refused to honor my truck repairs and expected me to leave my truck and I quote "I have 100 cars in front of you" and want you to leave it for God knows how long. I bought the truck and then was expected to leave it for weeks all while I make payments .They do not care. I do not understand this sheister company. We will be taking our service and our purchase of future Ford vehicles to someone who we can trust, since we can no longer trust Prosper Ford. They originally quoted us about $80 for an oil change. When we got there it was now $120 or so. My wife argued and they charged us the $80. If she wasn’t there, I would have been overcharged. We have had them try to upsell us every time we take our vehicles there, so we’re used to that, but we’ve never had them just blatantly charge us more.
