I've been seeing Anna for over 10 years and honestly, she's the best massage therapist I've ever worked with. I'm a personal trainer and I don't just trust her with my own body I also send my clients to her all the time. This isn't just a relaxing feel-good massage (though she's great at that too). I was talked into getting a massage by a friend and I’m really happy that I was. I’ve been working out quite a bit after not doing it for a while and Anna really helped me loosen up and feel better. She played really soothing music during the massage and communicated about what I should expect. Asked me lots of questions about myself, my medical history and asked if I wanted to focus on any specific areas. I added on cupping and my back felt so much better afterwords. Thanks Anna! Not all massages are the same, in fact FAR from it. Anna at Prosper Bodywork is at a level all her own. We have used Anna for over 10 years and sadly on occasion we have had to use others when we travel or are out of town on business. It is in those times that confirms we have the best of the best. It’s hard to accurately describe verbally but i assure you, your body will thank you!
Wow… I can’t say enough about the incredible massage I received with Anna. As an athlete who puts a lot of stress on my body with intense training, I’ve had my fair share of massages, but this one was on another level. Been going to Anna for over a year. She’s great and best deep tissue/sports massage I’ve got in San Diego. She knows exactly how to work through tight spots. Highly recommend & would give 10/10 stars if I was able to.
