I was in a pinch and needed to send flowers to a dear friend who just had her baby. I called Prosper and Effect at 1:30 am someone answered and took my credit card over the phone. The total with a congratulations card and delivery came to 145.00 which is an incredible deal because an Uber to that hospital from their shop would have been 38 dollars.
