0 Star We completed cleaning services for two units in October and still have not been paid despite repeated follow-ups. We are now moving forward with a lien due to non-payment. Highly do NOT recommend Prospect Property Management to any vendor or contractor. Unprofessional and unreliable.
I have been given incentive by prospector property management to remove the negative review , hopefully this will result in less difficulty in my life , I hope the harassment stops and my life can go back to normal
There was mold in my apartment that Jack Davis was made aware of and property management was notified by the third day of my lease. The landlord admitted to it being their fault but jack refused to make progress with the unit for months. By the time I moved out my daughter and I had been berated and called crazy by the maintenance man whose name is Mark. So far there has been nothing but problems , they are unresponsive, unprofessional , negligent and hostile, I have suffered loss and damages to personal property , I have lost clients and have suffered a great deal of mental and emotional distress over the mismanagement of security issues , and poor management practices - it seems Jack and Leslie are not very concerned with providing any sort of accountability for their incompetence- it has been a nightmare for over a year - absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with... read more
