We had our master bath completely gutted and redone by Prospect Tile in Feb of 2022. Sergey and his team crushed it from design to completion. Their team was professional, showed up on time and came ready to work even during a snowstorm when everything else was closed. I have been meaning to write this review for 3 years but since it has now been some time, I can honestly say that the quality of the work is still the same today as the day it was completed. Highly recommend.
I was in need of a kitchen backsplash which, when finished, tied the entire kitchen together and accented the space. The kitchen area is part of an open concept floor plan, including area of living and dining areas. During the consultation, Serjey provided very detailed feedback on suggestions for materials and achieving the herringbone design I wanted.His tiler, Vitale,(sp?), did an amazing job! I was referred to Prospectile by a friend who had some work done by them and was happy with the finished product. I spoke with Sergey several times prior to them starting the remodel of my bathroom, he gave me some great ideas and advised me on what would give me the results I wanted. This was a major remodel moving walls and plumbing adding ceiling lights and outlets throughout. Sergey and his team did an amazing job replacing some large format porcelain floor tiles in my home. As many others have mentioned, they were professional, polite, and tidy. I will definitely use them again on upcoming projects.
