We used ProspecTile for a bathroom remodel. Sergey gave us a written contract that detailed all aspects of the work and they followed it to the letter. His quote was significantly less than the first one we got, and very similar to another. We felt that the price was fair. We can’t say enough good things about Sergey, Vasil, and the entire Prospectile team. All the work they completed, including extensive tile work and fixtures/shower/tub installation in our primary bathroom, kitchen backsplash, paint, and finishing touches in multiple rooms in our home, was done beautifully with care and craftsmanship. Grateful to have found this wonderful team that helped move along our bathroom update. My husband planned to renovate the whole space himself but I became impatient and called in reinforcements. My husband, who is meticulous in his renovation work, was so happy with the work this team did, he continued to add on to what we had originally asked for help with which was just shower tile install. We will definitely use them again for future projects and would recommend them without hesitation!

I was referred to Prospectile by a friend who had some work done by them and was happy with the finished product. I spoke with Sergey several times prior to them starting the remodel of my bathroom, he gave me some great ideas and advised me on what would give me the results I wanted. This was a major remodel moving walls and plumbing adding ceiling lights and outlets throughout. I found Prospectile through their excellent Google reviews, and they definitely lived up to my expectations. I hired them to remodel my guest bathroom, and they were incredibly professional, paying close attention to every detail. The quality of their work was outstanding. Additionally, when I reached out for touch-ups under their warranty, the process was seamless, and the work was once again completed to a high standard. I plan on hiring them again for my other future bathroom remodels.
