We had a septic issue that could have been catistrophic the site foreman came with a cost effective and permanent solution to the problem. I would absolutely recommend this company!
The guy did not use a water hose to clean the tank and the bottom of the tank after the pumping, and the tank was noticeably not as clean as I remember from other septic tank services that I had used in the past. He spent less time doing the job. I will never call the same company again.
I moved into the area in May and had a major septic problem with the new house. Prospect Sanitation was recommended to me by a neighbor and Mark and his crew were terrific. They arrived quickly, worked neatly and were extremely professional. They are also really nice guys. Today as a result of having house guests and someone flushing things that shouldn't be flushed we had a clogged pipe.
