My roommates and I were so excited to move into Prospect Row for our senior year, but unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. The condition of our apartment at move-in was completely unacceptable, especially considering how expensive the rent is. One of my roommates had an approved early move-in date but was unable to move in because the apartment had been left in such terrible condition. Prospect Row has earned my 5 star review because after a shaky start new management has come in and has been accountable, responsive and pleasant to work with. Tayla has assumed an unfortunate state of affairs and has inspired a 180 turn around. She is surrounded by capable student staff led by Jessica. The maintenance staff has been responsive and in our experience treats student residents w respect and friendliness. Keep up the good work!
Not the best move in day experience for our student. I’m sharing photos of what the common area of the apartment looked like when we walked in. Disgusting is an understatement. I’m very disappointed in the fact that it seemed as though many staff on site were very aware of what this apartment looked like and still took no action before move in day to ensure this place was ready for new tenants.
