Some of the worst property management you could possibly deal with. When these pictures were brought to light of the staff the options they provided were to find someone to sub lease the apartment or get a cleaning company in to clean the place. Even with much documentation from three others about one person not wanting to clean and causing unsanitary issues this was there suggestion .
I have lived under The Enclaves going on 4 years now. The quality of management has significantly plummeted in this time. The lack of professionalism in this environment is the least of their issues—this is not a place to live if you value honesty, communication, and safety. Not only does almost every unit possess major hazards from mold, cracks in infrastructure, or even infestations (we’ve had roaches, wasps, and flying ants all separately), there is generally no concern about living conditions. This 5-star review is for the outstanding service I received from the property manager, Chris Rosbor. I reached out by email with questions about charges on my daughter's account, and Chris responded quickly to every question. Once the issue was resolved, he called me personally to follow up. He was friendly, professional, and efficient, and he made sure I knew that if anything else came up, I could call him, or my daughter could stop by and see him. I had such a great experience touring Prospect Row with Chris! He was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole tour really enjoyable. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The tour was really informative, and Chris did a great job showing us around and explaining everything. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend touring with Chris!
Chris did a wonderful job taking us on a tour of the unit!. Prospect Rowe is so beautiful and has great amenities.
