RecommendedProspect on Central has the perfect location—it’s a quick walk across the pedestrian bridge to Riverfront Park and Lodo plus obviously close to all the great restaurants in Lohi. The electric bill is almost nonexistent as we almost never have to turn on our heat, and maintenance will sometimes respond to a request within 10 minutes. They keep up the common areas so nice and the rent prices can’t be beat by anything comparable in the area. I highly recommend this building if you’re looking to live in Lohi.
It’s been my dream to move Denver and now that I have my experience, though only short lived yet, has been better than I could have ever anticipated. The hospitality and inviting personalities of the property manager, Angela, as well as the rest of the staff/residents has made my transition into my new home much more easy!
I've been living at The Prospect on Central for the past 6 months and it's been the best apartment experience I've ever had (and that's saying a lot since I've moved 5x to different cities around the US for my job). Not only is the apartment manager, Angela, prompt at responding to maintence requests, but also she's really great at planning fun happy hours almost every week to get to know the other residents and make the transition of moving to a new city easier! Prospect is a great place to live, with amazing staff. The amenities are excellent and you cannot beat the location!
Prospect has been such a great place to live. VERY DOG FRIENDLY :) Management is on top of everything and are very easy to work with. The gym, hot tub and community BBQ are a plus too. Don't miss out on living here!
Everyone has said it but location, the gym, dog friendly, and the BBQ area has been my best friend. 5 stars
