Relatively new patient. Been going here for around 3 months now and my experience has been great. I worked with Dr. Campbell and Dr. Leo so far and it's been great. They are so incredibly efficient and are responsive to anything that might look concerning, in addition to being accommodating. The lady who takes blood for my bloodwork is so kind and skilled. Bless her soul. In terms of parking, I don't park so I can't speak for anything about that. I highly recommend this place.
Doctors are all great, receptionists have a tendency to be rude and condescending. Also, the inability to call someone back directly who just called me is infuriating. If I miss a call from a random 414 number and call back immediately, I get the general line and have to figure out what it was about.
Dr Carneol is excellent and his staff are great too. The receptionists here are why I deducted a star. Most receptionists are friendly but a few are arrogant to patients at check in. A tall gal at the reception desk was rude to ever patient I saw checking in.
Went very well
Most doctors here are very professional and knowledgeable.
