Disappointed in the process to rent an apartment from them. The apartment we wanted to rent already had an approved applicant but the lease wasn't signed. We were informed that our application would not be processed unless the lease was not signed. We were also told that if the lease was signed our fees would be refunded as there are no other apartments for rent. I was President of our condo association in Kenosha for several years and worked with Prospect Management. I found them to be very helpful and extremely professional.
My family have been tenants managed by Prospect Management for 3+ years now. First let me express how pleased we have been with our property manager Matt. Matt is quick to respond, and he listens when I have concerns and addresses all concerns within a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service and interaction with Matt, Amber, William, etc. I am also very pleased with the level of service and professionalism I receive from this company.
Poor at best. They can't call you back ever ( I've called 4 times in 2.5 years with no return ). 9 months ago my roofmate and I contacted prospect regarding exterior work needed done and we have yet to hear back from anyone. My neighbor called and left 6 voice messages with Heather T****** over 3 weeks and NEVER recieved a call back- not once. Communication is Very Poor (non existent) - Customer Service Terrible. We have been ignored for years when we request that our website be corrected of error and updated with all of our meeting minutes, executive session topics, resident directory and newsletters yet the company still charges us a large monthly fee for the use of the website service as we have to go on their system to access our private account.
