If I could give 0 stars I would. We started the refinance process with lots of good rate and cost promises. Jeanne Welton was our contact. She started out okay then was not returning calls promptly. Then I was told all looks great and the day before the lock date expires I get an email with another list of items needed. I sent many emails, calls and voicemails which were not promptly answered. A complete clown show. Stay away..stay far away!! Some lowlights from my cash out refi that Prospect ultimately blew up: 21 days or less closing...how about 3 months of Prospect caused delays and negligence when papers were finally signed but then they didn't count and deal blew up Mistake after mistake causing delays. They apparently have never heard of a checklist to make sure everything that needs to be done gets done. Some examples: other parties wife had to sign papers but weren't informed until day before 1st scheduled... read more
