Told them multiple times to stop calling and yet day after day their robo caller dials my number. If you give it to them once, you will never get them to stop they are the worst and never will I do business with a firm like them.

I was getting 3 emails a day. After I filled application and confirmed all details over the phone with Stephan Keck there was no respond to numerous emails / calls. I called company and they hang up. It’s waste of time to deal with them.

This loan agency is not trustworthy and a waste of time. After I entered my info in zillow mortgage, my phone was bombarded by this agency from more than 5 loan officer..., which all did not give the best rate at the beginning, so I went with another loan agent who give the rate and kept his word. So I am in process to close with the other agent, when another prospect loan officer Nick Danese (NMLS# 1880270) called me and said he sure can beat my current rate by a good margin. I needed to write a raving review on the customer service this company offered me, Russell was great he walked me thru the process, had all the paperwork completed in a timely manner, the paperwork looked good, I would recommend this company to anyone looking to refinance very professional and quick access to the loan officer in all due respect Prospect did a great job in completing my paperwork, Thanks again Russell. Worst managed company ever. Robocalls never end even though I have blocked ever number they have contacted me from. I initially contacted Jason V. Supposed Owner? Someone else followed up, understandable. I was told I clearly do not qualify. The calls, emails and texts just won't stop now as they keep trying to solicit my business. I even spoke to someone to put me on their do not call list and they politely agreed. I worked with Victor B**** Loan forms repeatedly listed the wrong interest rate and the wrong loan amount. Surprise charges also kept showing up. It was up to me to notice and correct the figures, which sometimes didn't get corrected. I don't know if it was dishonesty, incompetence or both. Whatever the case, by the end of the process, I had zero trust, and moved on.

Service was fast, easy and professional. They delivered what they advertised. Caitlin was professional and friendly while staying on top of the process. Probably the easiest REFI I've ever done.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We started the refinance process with lots of good rate and cost promises. Jeanne W***** was our contact. She started out okay then was not returning calls promptly. Then I was told all looks great and the day before the lock date expires I get an email with another list of items needed. I sent many emails, calls and voicemails which were not promptly answered.
