Though Prospect does seem to be lucky enough to have a small handful of compassionate field people the administrative staff is difficult to deal with on the phone, and many of the folks assigned to the care of your loved one come whenever they want and have no respect for your schedule. There are other people that will come to Teller County, and I would highly recommend using someone more professional instead of this joke of an agency.
