Juliana is a great property manager! Give her a 10/10 on everything. She’s very hardworking and a friendly lady, she’ll make your day!!
Toured the property and noticed that there was a full food pantry set up for residents. Not only is that enormously generous, it is above and beyond for the current residents. Definitely a great place to stay
Julianna has been a blessing to Prospect Hills. She keeps the environment happy and warming. Any time I’ve had a problem (Apartment related or not) I know I can come to her and she will give me the best advice she has to give. I have felt safer and happier here since she became my landlord and the apartment/landscape is so much prettier. We are thankful ❤️
Really nice people Got in earlier than expected wich was great that's what I wanted and the manager Julianna hooked me up with so much stuff because I didn't have anything when I moved in she gave things like a microwave pots and pans and even helped me with some dishwasher pods till I got some she went out of her way to welcome me and she has a room in her office were guests us can get a cup of coffee for free and she has a little pantry if needed I really like my place has a pool can't wait to swim
maintenance and staff are on their job. especially leasing office, she runs a good ship
