Julianna is fantastic, she was extremely nice to my roommate and I when signing up for a lease. 10/10 would recommend.
Julianna is the best property manager. She will be the reason why I resign my lease. If there’s an issue she’s on it off the rip!!! Especially when it comes to maintenance issues!!! She’s quick with it when it comes to answering your maintenance requests/issues
Juliana, the property manager is amazing. My daughter and I were in town from out of state to help my 18 year old grandson find a place so he can finish his senior year and graduate high school. He had wanted to spend his senior year in Kansas.. Because of his step mother he had no place to live. Juliana, knowing how short our time was, helped us so much. Walked us through every step. The property manager, friendly, and helps get problems resolved fast, without any issues, she is the reason why I rent at Prospect Hills.
I am leaving at that place 10 months-Juliana the best manager,very responsible,would like to keep her around forever
