New management company took away amenities and is raising rent. Took 3 months to get a light fixed and was ignored when I informed them of what the problem was. Instead was given a lesson on how to operate a light switch. Dumpsters placed in parking lot full time now. The list of issues goes on and we will not be renewing our lease after just a year.

I live here and my car got towed and I have to pay $250!!! They said it’s not their responsibility that the parking tag fell. Very Disappointed!!! I would rather pay 90 days to move out than to worry if my car is going to get towed because the crappy parking thing falls off!! But I don’t want to give them over $5,000 for nothing! It’s such!! that I have to live here until April.
Very disappointed!! So many things are broken. Gym equipment, the pool always had something wrong, the life guard was too busy flirting or taking selfies to worry about someone drowning, it’s supposed to be smoke free but cigarette butts everything l found one burning on the steps and reported it and nothing was done. By far the WORST experience of my entire life from day one of living here. Constant issues and not to mention the poorly designed walls and how we can hear everything from our neighbors above us, blaring music and stomping at all hours of the night. None of the people here clean up after their dogs. I cannot wait time leave this place. Never consider this luxury living.
Please don’t rent here!!!! We have had so many maintenance issues since the day we moved in here. This is the absolute worst place I have ever lived in my life. Just to name a few examples the AC breaks on a twice monthly basis at least and our sink just literally fell out of the countertop after we had already submitted a work order online and called about the issue and maintenance came out to look at it, stated they needed to order a part, and to use the kitchen sink as little as possible... was 3 days ago. Renter beware.
This is the dumpster area for this community. I cannot walk through to throw my garbage in the actual dumpster. This is disgusting. We have been here for 9 months and have had nothing but horrible experiences from day 1. Cockroaches in the breezeways, trash piled up outside the dumpsters, the office never returns your phone calls (you’re lucky if they even answer). I absolutely do not recommend prospect hall apartments to anyone. Counting down until our lease is up!
The experience of living here has been wonderful, my family feels so happy and that gives me peace of mind because at the moment I cannot be with them for me it is a great tranquility. Every time I can talk to them, he tells me how happy they are at home.
I seriously don't know how they call this place luxury. The trash service provided is horrible, the dumpster area is full and dirty. The hose from the vaccum it's been broken for a long time, took 3 months last year for them to come for 1 request, until I request a copy of all the time I went there for the same request. I'm so disappointed. I use to like to live here, but this time I'm not renewing the contract for sure.
