Units have high ceilings- makes me feel like I’m not in an apartment. Refreshing, large, open spaces, and surprisingly quiet despite many dog owners. Most large dogs I’ve walked by whilst they were on their walks hardly bark. I can say that owners here are responsible in having dogs because they are well trained and friendly. Small dogs of course are a different story, but kudos to the large dog owners for being attentive to their big babies. The apartments are acceptable. The quantity of visitor parking is far from acceptable. And if you try to park next to the section of visitor parking spots, because they have seriously under allocated visitor parking space and have an absurd amount of extra residence spots, they'll still tow you.. 6/7/2026 update In addition to the above previous review which prospect hall has done nothing about, now they’ve installed the most abrasive and suspension-ruining speed bumps. They power washed the deck with bleach without Informing anyone. An anniversary and housewarming gift was ruined. Upon emailing prospect Hall, all they did was send an apartment wide email saying we are not responsible for personal items. No mention of the surprise power washing or bleach used in the mixture. The property owners here shirk responsibility at every turn. Great coffee though!
