Looked at many apartment complexes across Frederick. Knew this was the one. Good call on my part
Not for young families, My husband and I along with our 2 year old moved to Prospect hall with high expectations while we relocated. The staff Kim in particular was incredibly helpful. The manager is full of attitude and was one of the many reasons we decided to move elsewhere. We were rented out the hall for my sons 3rd birthday and when I met with the manager she gave me so much attitude and kept mentioning we have camaras we will know “ if this or that happens” it left such a bitter taste in my mouth.the neighbors in part... read more
Prospect Hall apartments has been short of amazing. In the year that that I have lived here (Saturday January 3rd), the staff has always been professional and kind, and the staff has also maintained professional boundaries, and each staff member has the up most set of integrity. Any maintenance request I submit is usually resolved the same day or within 24 hours (except on cases of emergency) then it is taking care of right away. I have been leasing at Prospect Hall apartments for a few years now! The location is perfect. The onsite staff are friendly and always reliable. I absolutely love the property. If you are looking for a clean and safe as well as beautiful place to rent Prospect Hall is the perfect community.
Staff are always cordial, responsive and knowledgeable. Superior customer service!
