They power washed the deck with bleach without Informing anyone. An anniversary and housewarming gift was ruined. Upon emailing prospect Hall, all they did was send an apartment wide email saying we are not responsible for personal items. No mention of the surprise power washing or bleach used in the mixture. The property owners here shirk responsibility at every turn. Great coffee though!
Looked at many apartment complexes across Frederick. Knew this was the one. Good call on my part
Not for young families, My husband and I along with our 2 year old moved to Prospect hall with high expectations while we relocated. The staff Kim in particular was incredibly helpful. The manager is full of attitude and was one of the many reasons we decided to move elsewhere. We were rented out the hall for my sons 3rd birthday and when I met with the manager she gave me so much attitude and kept mentioning we have camaras we will know “ if this or that happens” it left such a bitter taste in my mouth.the neighbors in part... read more
