Everyone here is so helpful with your bike, no matter how small the problem. Readjusted the seat and noted the tires were low and put air in, it was great. Recommend this place very highly.
Andy is a breathe of fresh air in the cycling world. He is not bent on selling you parts or service you do not need. He will talk you through your problems and needs and get you back on the road with a smile on your face. Everyone on the staff is passionate about cycling and down to earth and they treat you like family. Also they have two talented shop cats! I highly recommend Prospect Bikes whether you are looking for the latest Carbon Fiber road bike or the first bike for your son or daughter.
Great bike shop in Mount Prospect. They usually do a small repairs right there on the spot. Highly recommended!!
