Knowledgeable and down to earth. This is a bike shop for everyone. If you're not a hard core cyclist you are still welcome and treated like someone who rode 100 miles last week. Can't say enough about how refreshing it is to have a shop like this locally!
We are riding our bikes around the world and needed a new chain and our Mike's rear brake tuned up. Andres Gutierrez stopped what he was doing, took our bikes into the shop, and got Hingis running smoothly again. We have worked with lots of bike mechanics since we love to ride but hate to maintain and fix things and Andres is one of the best! Thanks for helping us get back on the road!

I never write reviews but I felt it necessary today. I walked in off the street to have a flat tire repaired. I am rather new at bike riding and each person I worked with took the time to explain things to me. I ended up having a fitting as well, which was fantastic. Thank you for making my first experience great. I'm glad my dad sent me to you guys!!
I love Prospect Bikes & Trains. Every staff member is consistently helpful, friendly, funny, and honest. The advice and service I receive are always top-notch, and no one does any pushy upselling. Everyone is patient and informative, no matter what I'm looking for. I'm so pleased to have them in my neighborhood. Thanks to their Facebook page, I'm much more aware of cycling events in the area, too!
