The peach burrata salad was super fresh and flavorful. The sea bass was outstanding. A beautiful rustic restaurant. High back curved leather seats are a great touch. One super annoying thing: the severs would ask every 3 minutes if they could take our plates when we were obviously still eating. A lack of awareness.
*They no longer serve the pancakes* She liked her hanger steak skillet. My Jerome Breakfast was mediocre. The 2 pastries were ok. We paid $148, no drinks. They gave themselves a 22% tip 🤨
We enjoyed wonderful service from Emma throughout our special meal in Aspen. 🌳 It was truly a memorable dining experience and certainly deserving of a Michelin star! From the fresh gem salad to the delicious entrée and dessert, every course was exceptional. Combined with the beautiful views, we couldn’t have been happier. Prospect at Hotel Jerome has an upscale feel without being stuffy, and from the moment we walked in, Passion’s service made us feel welcome. I reserved the 3-course pre-theater menu for my wife’s birthday dinner, thinking we may order some additional small plates but we were pleasantly surprised. Loves the duck breast entrée and the lamb tartar, both are so good I still remember and crave the taste!
