The high ceilings, yet quiet/ hushed tones, partial view of the mountains and decor are like a warm hug. Service and menu offerings were spot on.

Best meal in Aspen! We came for dinner and enjoyed every plate thoroughly - most of the menu was a tasteful ode to Colorado. The servers/kitchen were also very accommodating to a member of the party being pregnant too. I am not sure why the average rating is so low. It seems like people are reviewing for breakfast… We would surely return!
We had an amazing time. We did the journey. It was def Michelin star worthy.
