The best in the business for sure
Pro-Source in Wixom is the best! Great selections, the best pricing and absolutely wonderful customer service. John is the account manager we worked with and kept us informed with ship dates, and referred us to a great installer, (Monty). We are a repeat client and will never shop anywhere else for flooring. :)
A few years ago I picked out a tile from pro source. They were very kind and my order came in as placed. A private contractor named steve kelly came out to install the flooring. Probably one year after the installation, the tiles started to pop up. I contacted steve and he came out and looked at the floor promising to return. He didn't return, and it took months to reach him by calling him from another phone number. He returned a second time and said he would return to fix the problems. He never did. Michael needs a raise. I have horrible anxiety and not only was he professional, but absolutely personable as well. Made me feel welcomed, and really cared about what we talked about. Make sure you request him if he is not the one helping you.
