I frequently visit ProSource for clients. I am consistently blown away by the level of customer service from Karri Dawson. She is always incredibly attentive and makes sure all of my needs are met. The products I purchase always exceed my expectations in terms of quality and value.
I asked for a simple quote for a simple project…someone with the last name of “Dawson” assured me and said she would call me with quotes never called me back. I have been a customer prior with a company on much larger jobs. She spoke down to me and dismissed me like I didn’t have enough money to purchase the countertop I was inquiring about, lol. Will never return. They obviously don’t want business.
Janina is an incredible help in every aspect of of selecting tile, cabinets and even grout! She was fun and very knowledgeable and made a hard process of selecting lots of things for a home rebuild due to a fire pleasant and easy. Prosource has huge numbers of of choices and great quality. I absolutely recommend Prosource!
Taylor is fantastic! She guided us through the alternatives, best suited for our needs and recommended a great installer for our carpets. She was responsive, extremely helpful and professional. We look forward to working with her in the future!
