So many to choose from! Janina Johnson helped me and I’d give her a 10+ for pulling tile ideas, making suggestions, ordering in a bigger tile for me, pulling grout choices. It was a great experience and Janina made it easy and stress free.
Edited on 5-5-2025 I changing this from a 1 to a 3 star. My reasons: A one star is harsh. Our rep Alex worked hard on getting us what we needed. Some of my dissatisfaction is with their processes and how they track shipments. Some is out of their control but some of it isn't. I also received a call from the owner, Todd. He was very cordial, appreciated my (negative) viewpoint and was sympathetic to my issues. He explained their systems aren't perfect, they are aware of its shortcomings and are committed to making it better. ... read more
