We contracted with ProSource to install countertops in our kitchen and two bathrooms. Prior to the formal measuring process, we noticed a fit issue. In a call with ProSource about them charging our credit card $3,902 (50%) without warning (not due until installation on 5/21/24), I let them know about the changes to the quote. Legitimately bad experience with Prosource. The process started off on the right foot with Rochelle, but unfortunately, she no longer works there, and things went downhill fast after that. I waited months for my tile, only for it to arrive completely different than what I ordered. To make matters worse, the tile kept arriving broken, which meant I had to reorder multiple times.
