Jennifer was outstanding in helping me pick the perfect runner for my stairs. She knew exactly what I wanted. She was patient while I pondered many options and came back to the first in the end - which she found! I trust her completely. She worked within my budget. Also, the installer (Russ, who was recommended by Jennifer) was fantastic. He was super creative, artistic, and meticulous with how he pieced together the complicated patten on my stairs and landing. He was fairly priced.
