I used this company twice as a business. Complete disaster. From counter top to cabinets. Not enough hardware, not enough crown molding, installed their own sink, no resolutions, no refunds for loss of time or money you have to pay to make it right. Trust me from a professional who does this for a living. Their communication is horrible, you will incur embarrassment, loss of money, time and whatever they say is a lie. Working with Prosource has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I ordered Kitchen cabinets 2 months ago and still do not have a full set of cabinets. Some were damaged, some were ordered in the wrong size which was then blamed on me. They have become unresponsive to my emails. They have told me things will be arriving and then they dont. DISAPPOINTED. The cabinets are at least made of real wood-- it seems. I think they got that part right. The trim and wood choice were correct. But I expected a little more than that. The cabinets arrived with "screw holes blown out" (per the store manager when he came to inspect them). Somehow the back was busted through where one of the drawer glides had been installed.
