Lauren, the manager, has been absolutely outstanding! She has been incredibly helpful from day one and is always available to answer questions and provide support. Briley has been fantastic as well. Together, they make an amazing team, and my experience with ProSource as a whole has been nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and knowledgeable, professional people!
Really odd experience all around shopping at ProSource. Having to pay ridiculously high delivery fees for something that you’ll have to pickup from their warehouse is really unfortunate. On top of that, them passing along credit card fees to the customer feels like a scam. These are a cost of doing business and are tax deductible for you. You’re selling high priced items, make it convenient for customers to pay by card without tacking on an extra %. ProSource was an excellent resource in helping us determine which countertop was the best choice for us. Both Lauren and Tori went out of their way to ensure that we found a slab that we loved while staying close to our budget, and even went as far as providing an alternative when we ran into complications.
