Walked in and was not warmly welcomed. Was told someone would come and help me. Waited a half hour and no one came to help me. Big mistake. I’m Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. I’m a remodeling aficionado- the wife of a large successful home builder, and not one of the 6 people sitting in the reception area bothered to get up and go in the show room to help me.
The account managers here are super knowledgeable and helpful!
