Picking out carpet and installation was great. However, after 2 years we were not impressed with how the carpet was holding up even with the recommended professional cleanings. I tried reaching out to our rep by email and phone several times to inquire about the lifetime warranty via the carpet manufacturer. I received no response so called the store.
