Disappointed with Prosource. Ordered 12x12 polished white with veining porcelain tile. Over 40% of the white tiles had no veining. Also out of 22 cases ordered we have almost cases that are defects where the tile was not square, different sizes or chipped and/or broken. Argumentative when I asked for replacement. Now I will need to take up with my builder and Better Business Bureau. Will not use Prosource again and encourage friends and family to steer clear as well.
