From the start, my experience with Pro source of Jacksonville has been pleasant. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted immediately and warmly by Jamie. Tim worked patiently with me in providing great suggestions and had me look at a flooring i never would have considered that I ended up going with. I rarely write reviews. I would highly recommend Prosource to anyone needing flooring, cabinetry or bathroom fixtures. Make sure to ask for Tim Doughtry! He doesn't pressure you.
I send everyone to see Aza! I use her for all my clients and my big and small renovation projects. She is a lifesaver! She's so knowledgeable about the products and her design experience make her a must for myself and my clients. I can't thank her enough she's like having an addition to my team.
Stay away from this place. They weren't even willing to look at my circumstances before being told NO that nothing could be done. The manager's name was Tim. He was a jerk... I was told one thing and another happened. Long story short my materials were several days late and it caused me over $1,000 in lost funds. What ever happened to customers first?!?
