I have used ProSource through the years and they have been ok but I have to give them this bad review because I sent a client to their showroom, they picked out a luxury vinyl plank floor. when I order the materials for the job I specifically asked for matching transitions. they gave me a stair nose that didn't look anything like the flooring. I had to make one up in my shop and go back out to install it . this cost my 4 hours of labor. then they had the nerve to not except a photo of the floor with the stair nose as proof t... read more
