Went in with what I would think was a simple request to replace a broken draw box for Kitchen drawer. This was on December 12th. After one phone call and a few text messages I still don’t have a solution. (Note attached text messages) Not sure how this place has a 4.9 review average. Went elsewhere and in three days had a new draw box. I would have preferred sorry can’t help you out. Done. Really don’t care about how many requests they have waiting for rep to follow up on.
