As a designer, I enjoy working with ProSource of Cincinnati because of their material selections and their customer service. I work closely with Jeff Cress and he has always been on the ball with getting me quotes, answering my questions, or getting me the samples I need. He’s friendly, easy to work with, and makes my job less stressful.
I want to give a shoutout to ProSource for an outstanding experience. I can’t imagine buying flooring anywhere else after working with them. Between their wide selection, competitive pricing, and top-notch customer service, I feel like I’ve found my go-to flooring source for life. A special thanks to Jeff Cress for going above and beyond on our project. His patience, responsiveness, and flexibility made a real difference — I was grateful to have him on my team for our home remodel.
These guys did a terrific job installing carpet at one of my rental properties. They were quick, did a good job, and were inexpensive. Would highly recommend!
I believe the video speaks for itself, but we absolutely love ProSource and working with Jeff Cress. He is full of knowledge and the showroom was excellent. I would highly recommend using ProSource if you want great products at an amazing price along with some awesome installers.
