I would not recommend shopping for flooring at the Bloomington Prosource. They made a mistake and in my opinion did not accept responsibility. The salesperson was pleasant and did what she could, but in the end the company was not responsible.

Kyle McKinzie was the service rep helping me. He took a great deal of time helping me look for the appropriate wood tone that would match my cabinets. I received two estimates each with a different option and a large sample to take home. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The front staff was also very friendly. My experience was very pleasant in a stressful renovation.

Firstly, we found the ease of access and customer service outstanding. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. We were greeted and shown the show floor with products and directed further, based on our specific products. Can't recall the young lady's name, but she was very nice, knowledgeable, and service oriented. Secondly, Kyle McKenzie is an outstanding company rep and salesman. I have been a customer of ProSource both for our renovation business and my personal residence after an insurance claim. Alyssa and the team at ProSource are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were a huge help in finding the perfect carpet for my family, especially with the great showroom and tons of samples.
