The carpet had two distinct lines down the entire piece that was going to be installed on the stairway. I would not accept the carpet and requested a refund. I was told the lines would disappear after 3-6 months. My preference is a refund, but ProSource requires a "claim" process. I do not recommend purchasing carpet from them.
