Awful customer service and worse logistics partner which is XPO. I’ve been waiting 5 days to receive the floors order that originally attempted delivery on Tuesday but because I missed their call the delivery is delayed a full week. Now it’s Saturday, was promised they’d call to deliver, they didn’t and who knows when the will. No one takes ownership to help and no one is answering their phone!!!
Dawne Woods makes all the difference. She is the best!
