Came to the shop to see if they have good materials for my remodeling projects. I was stopped by Kris to provide why I am here, who my contractor is, and what my name is, because “they need to know who is in the shop”. I usually don’t mind friendly conversations in showrooms, but this lady sitting at her desk with an investigator look was not there to help or be friendly. There are plenty of other amazing sources to get materials from without being interviewed first.
We worked with Taryn on getting cabinet replacements and we had multiple times where the cabinet door was sent and it was the wrong size. She helped us get the right size after multiple attempts. She was such a help.

We talked to Kevin Clark on the phone and then met up with him at the Austin Long Vista showroom. He was very willing and eager to help us. He showed us many samples and what could potentially work in our bathroom. He sent us samples and also dropped off samples to us. He’s extremely professional and knowledgeable towards all the product offerings.
