Excellent help from my Rep at ProSource. They've been attentive & communicative.
This place charges much higher prices. They are a middleman. You can’t return any flooring without excessive return and shopping charges. They sold me defective flooring and they wouldn’t take responsibility and told me to contact the manufacturer.
Had a bit of a bumpy experience but Aleks was quick to work at finding the solutions needed to overcome a missed ship. Looking forward to the next adventure!
