Cannot fault my experience at ProSmiles. As someone who is highly anxious and avoidant when it comes to dental work, I was thrilled with the service here. Dr Madhur Shiralkar was very kind, patient, skilled and made sure I understood the full procedure before accepting the treatment plan. I first came to ProSmiles Dental in 2020 with major dental issues that required extensive dental implants throughout my mouth, along with a bone replacement procedure. Dr Madhur Shiralkar and his entire team were outstanding - professional, caring, and made every procedure virtually painless. The results have exceeded all my expectations. ProSmile Dentist in Gipps Street Collingwood provided me with an excellent dental procedure. I consulted with Dr Shiralkar, to determine the best way to solve a serious dental issue, it was agreed that her would remove the infected teeth from my upper palate and install 4 dental implants. This work in now complete and I am delighted with the end result.
Dr Shiralkar and the lovely dental nurses really looked after me in my last two appointments at ProSmiles. I am extremely anxious when it comes to getting injections/ fillings and they made me feel at ease as much as they possibly could and would constantly check to see if I was ok. I’m very grateful to have found such a lovely dentist who makes me feel comfortable.
