Our family has been coming to this dental office over two years, and we have always had a great experience. Both dentists are very skilled and professional, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Recently I had a deep cleaning done by Dr. Wang. I was a little nervous before since it required local anesthesia, but everything went smoothly, and I’ve seen a big improvement in my gum bleeding. Definitely a very trustworthy office. Highly recommend.
It was such a pleasant experience with Dr. Xu and the team over at ProSmile dental. Last year, I was told by my previous dentist that 3x teeth would need extraction without any explanation of the root cause. Never had any dental issue before so I decided to ask around and was referred to Dr. Xu at ProSmile. She did a thorough inspection and explained to me it could’ve been related to wisdom teeth. Definitely racist, agist, discriminatory. I tried to schedule an appointment for my mom, who is older and in her 70s. They said they don't take older patients and are not able to do the procedures my mom needs, even though they have never even seen or examined her. I think they didn't like that I talked to them in English, little did they know that the whole reason I called is because my mom needs a dentist who speaks Mandarin. My family and I have been coming to ProSmile Dental for over two years, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are friendly, professional, and always recommend treatments with the patient’s best interest in mind. They’ve also been very helpful with insurance issues and worked to minimize my out-of-pocket costs. My kids love coming here and are no longer afraid of dental visits. Highly recommend
