The folks at ProSkill are topnotch professionals and within a few hours my problem was solved. I placed a service call at 2PM on a Saturday because my water heat went out and by 6PM the same day it was replaced and producing hot water. No company that I've seen provides this kind of service. Many thanks and gratitude goes out to Carol (the person who took my call and kept me informed of when they would be come out) and Greg W. (the onsite technician who did the work).
We had Hunter today for checkup service on our AC and as always with Proskill, he did a great job! We have been using Proskill for all our plumbing, heat and AC for 8 years and have always been happy with their technicians and service.
Very happy with Proskill! Just had our AC/ furnace replaced and our experience, from start to finish, was great. Quick communication to get our initial appointment set-up and then a confirmation text once appointment is scheduled, a text the day before with a reminder and then another text with a picture of the technician once they are on their way! I’ve used ProSkill for several years. They are the only plumbing or a/c service I will call. There have been many service men in my home. All are uniformed, clean cut, polite and efficient and on time. ProSkill stands by their products and workmanship. They never disappoint.
We had Kyle and other members of the Proskill team at our home for a HVAC install today. Every contact from their website to an on-site quote to the installation has been stellar. After install Kyle took the time to tour our new system and answer our questions.
I don't think my first review went through, so here it is again. Jeffrey from ProSkill came out to evaluate our problem and he seemed very friendly and polite as well as knowledgeable. Everyone we've spoken to so far has been very accommodating and respectful. We're ordering a new unit
Jeffrey provided us with top notch service for our AC tune up service. He found some issues and presented solutions that were reasonable priced and he was immiediatly able to do the repairs. Highly recommend ProSkill and Jeffrey.
Kyle B and Travis did a fantastic job start to finish. On time service, polite and answered questions in a professional manner. Installation of the new A/C unit was fast and efficient. Removal of the old equipment was done quickly and neatly. Explanation of how the new thermostat worked was helpful and easy to understand. Everything was done in a professional manner, right down to the final clean up. I will recommend Proskill Plumbing to my family, friends and neighbors.
